The first thing we will undertake is a comprehensive profiling proceedure so we fully understand you, your training and racing history, your fitness goals, training and support requirments and your lifestyle and time restrictions.
Secondly we will set appropriate intensity measures and training zones based on either our gym based evaluations or accurate field based tests.
Once completed our coaches will work together with you to:
Agree your race season plan, goals and targets.
Plan the training Macrocycle (Annual training plan).
Build your bespoke training prescription based around your lifestyle, racing calendar, physical requirements & event demands all delivered to you via a supplied Training Peaks account.
All our training prescriptions are written in a format compatible with all the popular training apps such as Zwift, Garmin, Trainer Road etc.
No matter what your endurance discipline, fitness goal or athletic level is, we have a proven track record, the relevant experience and knowledge all delivered through our accredited coaches to guide you to success.
